About this part
A non-curing thermal compound at 12.5 W/m·K that stays workable through a remount instead of tearing off in sheets.
Electrically non-conductive, so a smear past the edge of a heat spreader is a cosmetic problem and nothing more.
Four grams is roughly eight applications on a desktop CPU.

Figures are from our own test bench and are stated at the operating point given. Flow restriction is measured at one gallon per minute against a calibrated manometer with the fixture’s own restriction subtracted.
