How to order

The catalog, the specifications and the prices on this site are complete and current. Online checkout opens with the storefront launch; until then orders are placed by email and confirmed in writing before anything is charged.

The steps

  1. 01Email orders@cryoanvil.com with the SKUs and quantities. Every product page prints its SKU under the photograph.
  2. 02We reply within one business day confirming stock, the shipping method, sales tax and the total. If a part will not fit what you have described, we say so at this point rather than after.
  3. 03You approve the total, and only then is a payment taken. Nothing is charged before you have the figure in writing.
  4. 04Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern on a business day dispatch the same day, with a tracking number sent the moment the label is scanned.

Prices and tax

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • Prices on the product pages are the prices we charge. Applicable sales tax is calculated on the confirmation and shown before you approve it.
  • Shipping is $9.95 flat, free over $149.00, or $24.95 expedited. Flat regardless of weight.
  • No subscription, no membership, no auto-renewal. Every order is a one-time purchase.

Payment

Card details are encrypted in your browser and transmitted over TLS to a PCI DSS Level 1 certified environment. This site’s servers never receive or store a full card number — only the last four digits, the brand and the authorisation result. Card payments support 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.

Returns, in short

  • 30-day returns from delivery. Unused parts are refunded in full, with no restocking fee, and we pay return shipping.
  • Parts that have had coolant through them cannot be returned for change of mind, but carry the 5-year warranty against defect and seal failure.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no membership and no recurring charge.
