Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Cryoanvil at cryoanvil.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Prices and stock are shown on the product page and are the prices we charge. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error on our side, we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund in full. We will not silently ship a different item or a different quantity.

An order is accepted when we dispatch it, not when it is placed.

Radiator lengths, block socket compatibility, distribution-plate patterns and reservoir clearances are published in full on each product page. Check them against your case and your board before ordering.

If a part does not fit, that is an ordinary return under the returns policy and you will not be argued with. We publish the numbers so that this happens less often, not so that we can point at them afterwards.

Liquid cooling components are supplied for assembly by the buyer. A loop must be leak-tested with the system unpowered before power is applied — twelve hours is the sequence we print in the box.

We are not liable for damage to other hardware caused by a loop that was powered before it was leak-tested, by fittings that were not tightened, or by parts that were modified after delivery. That is the one place we draw a firm line, and it is the reason the printed sequence is in every kit.

Our warranty is set out in full in the returns policy: 5 years against manufacturing defect and seal failure.

Beyond that warranty, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the part it concerns. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We are not running any promotion, discount code, loyalty scheme or referral programme at this time. If we run one, its full terms — eligibility, duration, exclusions and how it ends — will be published on this page before it starts.

We do not operate subscriptions, memberships, auto-renewing plans or free trials. No purchase from this site results in a recurring charge.

We sell only within the United States and do not export. Nothing in this catalog is a controlled or regulated good.
