Shipping

Standard shipping is $9.95 and free on orders over $149.00. Expedited is $24.95.

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Rates are flat regardless of weight, which means a radiator ships for the same as a bag of fittings. We would rather absorb that than have you assemble an order around a shipping table.

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out the next business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Standard delivery is 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited is 2 business days.

Every order ships with a tracking number from a carrier that provides online tracking and delivery confirmation. The number is emailed the moment the label is scanned, not when it is created.

The contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii take longer and expedited is not available there.

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Coolant ships by ground only. An order containing fluid cannot be expedited by air; if you order fluid alongside expedited parts we will split the shipment at no extra charge and tell you we have done it.

If tracking has not moved for three business days, email orders@cryoanvil.com with the order number. We will open a carrier trace and, if the parcel is not located within five business days, ship a replacement rather than wait for the claim to resolve.

You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
