Privacy

To fulfil an order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and telephone number if you give us one.

To process a payment: the last four digits of the card, the brand, the billing postal code and the IP address the order was placed from. The full card number never reaches us.

To run the site: standard server logs containing IP address, user agent and requested path, retained for 30 days.

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone for their own marketing.

We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.

We do not email you about anything other than your order unless you ask us to.

Our payment processor, to authorise and settle the charge. Our carriers, to deliver the parcel. Nobody else, except where we are legally required to.

Each of those receives only the fields it needs — the carrier gets a shipping address, not a card record.

Order records for seven years, because tax and chargeback rules require it. Server logs for 30 days. Support email for two years.

Email privacy@cryoanvil.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.

Deletion requests are honoured except for order records we are legally required to retain. We will tell you exactly what was kept and why.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only storage used is what is needed to keep the site working while you browse it.
