Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return for any reason. Email orders@cryoanvil.com with your order number and we will send a return authorisation and a prepaid label the same business day, or the next one if it is a weekend.

We do not ask why. A part that does not fit the case you measured wrong is as valid a reason as a part that arrived damaged.

Anything unused and in its original packaging: blocks, radiators, pumps, reservoirs, fittings, fans, tubing, sensors and unopened fluid. There is no restocking fee.

Fittings and small parts count as unused if the packaging is opened but the part has never been threaded into a port. Thread sealant and tool marks are how we tell, and we are not looking hard.

Once a part has had coolant through it we cannot resell it, so a wetted part is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. It is still fully covered by the warranty below if it fails.

The exception is a part that was faulty on arrival — a weeping seal, a cracked acrylic body, a pump that will not spin. Those are replaced or refunded whether or not they have been wet, and we pay the return shipping.

Opened fluid is not returnable. That is a handling rule, not a restocking charge.

Every part carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defect and against seal failure under normal operating conditions, from the delivery date.

Normal operating conditions means our fluid or an equivalent inhibited premix, a loop that was leak-tested before power was applied, and fittings torqued by hand. It does not cover corrosion from mixing metals we do not sell, damage from running a loop dry, or a block cracked by over-torquing a fitting into it.

Warranty claims do not require the original packaging or the receipt — the serial on the part is enough.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the returned parcel being received and checked. Your bank may take a further statement cycle to display it.

The refund appears against the same descriptor as the original charge: CRYOANVIL.

Original outbound shipping is refunded when the return is our fault and retained when it is not. Return shipping is always on us.

Radiators and distribution plates are the two things that occasionally arrive damaged. Photograph the carton before you open it if it looks like it has had a hard trip.

Report transit damage within 7 days of delivery to orders@cryoanvil.com. We replace immediately and deal with the carrier ourselves; you are not in the middle of that conversation.
