About this part

A PWM-controlled D5 cartridge with a ceramic spindle in a magnetically coupled rotor. There is no shaft seal to fail, because no shaft leaves the wet side.

Speed is controlled from a motherboard header across the full range. At its lowest setting it is inaudible under any fan you would sensibly pair with it.

Ships bare. It needs a top — the Kinetic D5 Top is on this site, and the standard D5 pattern means most others fit as well.
