About this part
A single machined plate covering the core, the memory packages and the voltage delivery stage, so no part of the card is left depending on an air path that no longer exists.
The fin field over the core is milled at 0.20 mm and steps up to 0.40 mm over the memory, where the heat flux is lower and the added restriction is not worth paying for.
Supplied with a graduated pad set cut to the board. Pad thickness is printed on each strip rather than left to guesswork.

Figures are from our own test bench and are stated at the operating point given. Flow restriction is measured at one gallon per minute against a calibrated manometer with the fixture’s own restriction subtracted.
