About this part
The same cold plate and channel geometry as the AM5 Axiom, with the jet plate opened along the long axis to suit the rectangular die arrangement on LGA1851.
This one carries a flat lap rather than a crown. Intel's heat spreader on this socket sits flatter under load, and a convex base would leave the corners starved.
The bracket set covers LGA1851 and LGA1700 without an adapter.
